At NovaTone, we are committed to delivering products of the highest quality. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, the following policy outlines your rights regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return your product within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by all original packaging and accessories. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to partial refunds or rejection.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at returns@novatoneaudio.com with your order number and reason for return. Upon approval, you will receive a prepaid shipping label (domestic U.S. customers only). Once the item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or denial of your refund.

3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, additional processing time may apply.

4. Exchanges

Defective or damaged items are eligible for exchange at no additional cost. If you received a faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos or a description of the issue. A replacement will be shipped promptly upon verification.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as used ear cushions or custom orders may not be eligible for return unless defective.

6. International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds will exclude duties, taxes, and original shipping fees.
